Role Overview
Floor Manager at Emrb.
Role Purpose
Manage floor operations during live and recorded broadcasts to ensure on-air talent, set, and technical elements are camera-ready and support seamless show execution.
Key Responsibilities
Talent & Guest Management
- Ensure on-air talent's hair, microphones, and clothing are in working order and presentable for camera.
- Brief talent and guests on what to expect during the show.
Set & Studio Operations
- Ensure set is clean and free of debris that might show up on camera.
- Understand entire show to make changes when needed to set, props, and other elements.
- Help plan the show.
Technical & Production Support
- Inform director and producer of off-camera action.
- Deal with light and sound adjustment during show.
- Deal with technical issues and change batteries during show.
