Role Overview
Flavor Expert at Galadari Brothers, based in the United Arab Emirates.
Role Purpose
To deliver exceptional ice cream and beverage service while maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards, driving revenue targets, guest satisfaction, and brand representation across company operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Performance
- Understand budgeted revenue targets and ensure all targets are achieved as directed by management, including all relevant targets for the parlor.
- Ensure consistent upselling of products to guests and increase Average Unit Value.
Customer Service
- Treat guests with respect at all times and ensure guests are constantly delighted with polite, respectful, friendly, and effective service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction scores are increased.
Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance with all set food safety standards.
- Manage ice cream stock as per company standards with zero negative stock variance.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain the parlor as per set cleanliness standards at all times, covering all parts of the parlor.
- Maintain personal hygiene as per set standards and act as a true brand ambassador.
- Maintain parlor hygiene as per standards and constantly work to take it to higher standards.
Internal Processes & Standards
- Follow all set internal processes by GICC and Inspire brands as required.
- Follow all set Standard Operating Procedures as per organizational requirements.
Team & Communication
- Communicate with co-workers, management, and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Uphold the core values of Unity and respect when dealing with people.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum high school education.
- Previous experience in retail, QSR, café, or F&B is an advantage; freshers are welcome.
Skills & Competencies
- Good English communication skills; Arabic skills are an advantage.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
Additional Information
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work in any Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.
- Training in food safety and hygiene will be provided.
