Role Overview

Flavor Expert at Galadari Brothers. The Flavor Expert is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining financial targets, operational excellence, and brand standards across the parlor.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Understand budgeted revenue targets and ensure all given targets are achieved as per directions from the manager, including all relevant targets for the parlor.
• Ensure consistent upselling of products to guests and increase the Average Unit Value (AUV).
• Ensure ice cream stock is managed as per company standards with zero negative stock variance.

Customer Service

• Treat guests with respect at all times and ensure guests are constantly delighted with polite, respectful, friendly, and effective service.
• Increase guest satisfaction scores.

Internal Business Process & Compliance

• Follow all set internal processes by GICC and Inspire brands.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all set food safety standards.
• Maintain parlor cleanliness as per set standards in all parts of the parlor.
• Maintain personal hygiene as per set standards and act as a true brand ambassador; maintain parlor hygiene as per standards and continuously work to improve to higher standards.
• Follow all set Standard Operating Procedures as per organizational requirements.
• Perform effective sanitation and maintenance of tools and equipment as per set organizational standards.

People & Communication

• Communicate with co-workers, management, and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Uphold the core values of Unity and respect when dealing with people.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or above.
• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Good English communication skills; Arabic skills are an advantage.
• Engaging personality with high energy and tenacity to work long hours.
• Sales focus with a good selling mindset.
• Basic mathematical intelligence.
