Role Purpose

To design and deliver personalized and group fitness programs that help guests achieve their wellness goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety, equipment maintenance, and guest care in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program Design & Delivery

• Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to guest needs and goals, including workout routines, fitness assessments, and progress tracking.
• Conduct and lead group fitness classes such as aerobics, yoga, Pilates, or strength training, ensuring sessions are engaging, effective, and suitable for various fitness levels.
• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions, offering expert guidance, motivation, and support to help guests achieve fitness goals and improve overall well-being.

Equipment & Facility Management

• Ensure fitness equipment is in good working condition, properly maintained, and cleaned regularly.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the appropriate maintenance team.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols and guidelines for the use of fitness equipment and facilities.
• Ensure guests use equipment correctly and are aware of safety procedures to prevent injuries.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a fitness professional or personal trainer in a gym, health club, or hotel environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of exercise science, training techniques, and guest safety practices.
