Fitness Instructor

Role Overview

Fitness Instructor/Coordinator at Hilton. This role is part of the Hotels team and focuses on delivering fitness instruction and supporting facility operations to enhance the guest experience.

Role Purpose

Deliver engaging and safe fitness instruction to guests while maintaining facility operations and upholding Hilton's hospitality standards. You will create memorable experiences that support guest wellness and contribute to smooth day-to-day club operations.

Key Responsibilities

Fitness Instruction

• Lead engaging individual and group fitness classes that are motivating, effective, and tailored to a variety of fitness levels and goals.
• Monitor guests during workouts to correct form, provide assistance, and answer questions as needed to support safe and effective fitness practice.
• Stay up to date on the latest exercise science, fitness trends, and instructional techniques to enhance the guest experience.

Operations & Facility Management

• Conduct opening and closing procedures for fitness facilities.
• Assist with general club tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Keep studios, locker rooms, equipment, and common areas clean and organized in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in monitoring facility and equipment usage to ensure safety.
