Role Overview
Fitness Instructor (Male & Female) at Sucafina, a luxury golf club located within a prestigious lifestyle development.

Role Purpose
Support members in achieving their fitness and wellness goals by delivering safe, effective, and motivating fitness instruction and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Fitness Instruction & Guidance
- Guide members through safe and effective workouts.
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and equipment usage.
- Conduct fitness assessments and recommend suitable exercise programs.
- Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals.
- Monitor members' progress and provide regular guidance.
- Conduct group fitness sessions when required.
Operations & Facility Management
- Ensure the fitness area and equipment are clean and safe.
- Follow health, safety, and facility guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certification in Fitness Training or Personal Training.
- Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic fitness, nutrition, and safety practices.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of exercise techniques.
