Role Overview
Fit-Out/Joinery Site Engineer/Site Foreman with United Al Saqer Group's Royal Joinery division. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a proven joinery professional to organize and motivate a project team and ensure successful delivery of high-profile fit-out and joinery projects.

Royal Joinery operates a dedicated in-house workshop to serve clients on high-profile projects requiring international expertise and workmanship standards that eliminate reliance on sub-contractors and third-party furniture suppliers. The company specializes in carpentry and woodwork across a wide variety of projects and sectors, delivering sophisticated qualified experts and innovative techniques and equipment.
Role Purpose
Oversee day-to-day site operations, quality control, and team coordination on fit-out and joinery projects. Act as the main technical advisor on site, manage communications across all parties, and ensure projects are delivered to schedule and in compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the site.
- Organize and motivate the project team.
- Prepare project schedules.
- Keep updated records of site surveys.
Supervision & Quality Control
- Supervise and monitor laborers and sub-contractors.
- Conduct quality control of work done at site.
- Act as the main technical advisor on site to solve issues as they occur.
- Monitor quantity, quality, and control of materials release from suppliers.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure the site complies with guidelines for health, safety, and security.
Stakeholder Management & Communications
- Report to the Project Manager.
- Manage communications between all parties involved where appropriate.
- Work closely with the production team, site team, contractors, and clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven joinery experience.
- Experience managing MEP, Civil, Joinery, and Interior FF projects with high-end villas or high-rise buildings.
