Role Purpose

Oversee site activities and ensure the successful execution of interior fit-out and joinery projects. Supervise daily operations, coordinate with project teams, monitor workmanship, ensure quality standards, and deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Site Operations & Supervision

• Supervise daily joinery and fit-out activities at the project site.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers.
• Track project progress and report site updates to management.

Project Completion

• Support project handover and rectification activities when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Highly motivated and experienced in joinery and fit-out supervision.
