Role Purpose

Organize and motivate a project team to deliver successful fit-out projects. Act as the primary on-site leader managing communications between production teams, site teams, contractors, and clients while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management & Supervision

• Manage day-to-day site operations.
• Supervise and monitor laborers and sub-contractors.
• Organize and motivate the project team.

Quality & Technical Leadership

• Deliver quality control of work completed on site.
• Act as the main technical advisor on site to solve issues as they occur.
• Monitor quantity, quality, and control of materials release from suppliers.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure the site complies with health, safety, and security guidelines.

Planning & Documentation

• Prepare project schedules.
• Keep updated records of site surveys.

Stakeholder Communication

• Manage communications between all parties involved where appropriate.
• Report to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven joinery experience.
• Experience handling MEP, Civil, Joinery, and Interior FF projects with high-end villas or high-rise buildings.
