Role Purpose

Organize and motivate a project team to ensure successful delivery of fit-out projects. Work closely with production teams, site teams, contractors, and clients to manage daily site operations and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management & Operations

• Manage day-to-day site operations.
• Organize and motivate the project team.
• Supervise and monitor laborers and sub-contractors.
• Prepare project schedules.

Communications & Stakeholder Management

• Report to the Project Manager.
• Manage communications between all parties involved where appropriate.
• Act as the main technical advisor on site to solve any issues that may occur.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure the site complies with health, safety, and security guidelines.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct quality control of work performed at the site.
• Monitor quantity, quality, and control of materials released from suppliers.

Documentation & Records

• Keep updated records of site surveys.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven joinery experience.
• Experience handling MEP, Civil, Joinery, and Interior FF projects.
• Background with high-rise buildings or villa projects.
