First Aid Personnel

Role Overview

First Aid Personnel at Burjline Builders. The role provides immediate first-response assistance and supports health and safety arrangements across project operations.

Role Purpose

Deliver immediate first aid for injuries and medical incidents, maintain first-aid readiness, and coordinate emergency response across the project.

Key Responsibilities

First Aid Response

• Provide immediate first aid for minor injuries and medical incidents.
• Assess incidents and escalate cases requiring professional medical assistance.

Equipment & Supplies

• Maintain first-aid equipment, supplies and designated stations.
• Conduct routine checks of first-aid supplies.

Record Keeping & Compliance

• Record treatments and incidents accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
• Follow applicable site HSE and emergency-response procedures.

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with HSE, Security and emergency-response teams.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid First Aid / CPR / Basic Life Support certification preferred.
• Previous experience as a first aider, emergency responder, medic, nurse assistant or similar advantageous.
• Knowledge of basic emergency-response procedures.
• Qatar/GCC experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Good English communication skills.
• Calm demeanor and capable of responding effectively during emergencies.
