Fire Alarm Technicians & Supervisor

Role Overview

Burjline Builders is recruiting experienced Fire Alarm Technicians (3 vacancies) and a Fire Alarm Supervisor (1 vacancy) for opportunities in Qatar.

Role Purpose

To install, test, troubleshoot, maintain, and rectify faults in fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance and operational safety. The Supervisor will lead and oversee technical teams in these activities.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and Maintenance

• Perform hands-on installation, testing, maintenance, and fault rectification on fire alarm systems.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct system troubleshooting and repairs.

Technical Operations

• Work with addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and understand system layouts.

Supervision (Supervisor role only)

• Lead and supervise technical teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant fire alarm experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in fire alarm systems, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and fault rectification.
• Experience with addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand system layouts.
• Previous Facilities Management or maintenance experience is an advantage.
• QCDD or NFPA exposure is an advantage.
• Supervisor candidates must have previous experience leading and supervising technical teams.
