Finishing Foreman

Role Overview

Finishing Foreman with Retal, overseeing all finishing operations on active real estate development projects across Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Lead finishing teams and coordinate trades through the final construction phases to deliver work that meets high standards and client expectations, on schedule and within quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision

• Supervise finishing teams including painters, tileworkers, electricians, and other specialized trades.

Schedule & Coordination

• Monitor project schedules and coordinate workflow to meet contractual deadlines.
• Communicate progress updates to project management and address issues proactively.

Quality Control

• Conduct daily quality inspections and resolve defects before final handover.

Operations & Materials

• Manage material procurement and inventory for finishing stage operations.

Safety & Compliance

• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations and company protocols.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction finishing or similar supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of painting, tiling, flooring, and MEP finishing standards.
• Strong experience in the Saudi Arabian construction market.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.

Additional Information

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel between project sites.
