Role Purpose

Support the Compliance Department in developing, implementing, and maintaining anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, and counter-proliferation financing frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Policy & Framework Development

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining AML/CTF/CPF policies, procedures, and internal controls

Due Diligence & Risk Assessment

• Conduct due diligence activities and client risk assessments in accordance with established processes and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain and verify customer due diligence documentation and supporting materials

Compliance & Records Management

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with applicable record retention policies
• Monitor and ensure adherence to reporting timelines and regulatory submission deadlines

Qualifications & Experience

• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and Counter-Proliferation Financing (CPF) regulations

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and documentation management skills
