Role Overview
Finance Manager (Pre-opening) at Hilton, located in Dammam Airport.
Role Purpose
Oversee all financial operations across the hotel portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals to optimize profitability and efficiency while serving as the primary financial advisor to hotel leadership and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Drive financial strategy and oversee all financial operations across the hotel portfolio, ensuring alignment with the hotels' strategic goals to optimize profitability and efficiency
- Direct the preparation of annual plans, projections, and budgets, providing financial insights to support business decisions
Financial Advisory & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary financial advisor to hotel management, General Managers, Owners, and Asset Managers, offering data-driven recommendations to enhance financial performance
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including Hotel Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, Human Resources, Operations, Shared Service Centres, and Regional Operations Finance
Financial Compliance & Controls
- Uphold adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and hotel policies, safeguarding hotel assets through strong financial controls
- Perform all finance activities within the policy, regulatory, and contractual framework
Financial Reporting & Transactions
- Oversee systems and processes to drive accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in financial reporting
- Oversee and authorize hotel sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses to maintain fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency
Team Leadership & Development
- Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
- Cultivate a high-performing team
