Role Purpose

Support the Finance Business Partnering team by delivering financial analysis, reports, and insights to enable informed business decision-making. Provide timely financial data summaries, variance analysis, and strategic planning support across budget cycles and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze the financial performance of the department and prepare relevant summaries, commentaries, and presentations.
• Analyze and summarize large amounts of financial data, extracting information relevant for reporting and decision-making.
• Generate and circulate monthly management reporting packs.
• Conduct regular analysis of Business KPIs for monthly reporting presentations.

Budget & Planning

• Participate in building up and finalization of the annual budget, including consolidating data, preparing presentations, and posting budget journals.
• Consolidate operational data for the preparation of current estimates of the full year's results.
• Actively participate in preparation and finalization of annual budget, current estimates, and long-term planning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a financial analyst or in related financial systems and reporting.
• Professional qualification in Finance such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and other accounting systems.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Additional languages are a plus.
