Role Overview
Figma to WordPress Landing Pages Developer at MaxAccelerate. This role focuses on converting pixel-perfect Figma designs into high-performance, responsive WordPress websites that serve as the public-facing web experience for Datamax AI.
Role Purpose
Translate Figma design files into fully functional, responsive WordPress pages while maintaining pixel-perfect accuracy, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility. Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to deliver high-impact web experiences for innovative tech companies.
Key Responsibilities
Design Implementation
- Convert Figma design files into fully functional, responsive WordPress pages
- Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility
- Maintain pixel-perfect accuracy and attention to detail down to the last pixel and interaction
Performance & Optimization
- Optimize site performance, load speed, and SEO best practices
- Implement animations, micro-interactions, and advanced front-end features as needed
- Ensure strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and performance optimization
- Apply accessibility standards throughout development
Development & Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, modular, well-documented codebase
- Integrate and configure plugins, forms, tracking codes, and CMS logic as needed
- Perform regular site maintenance, updates, and improvements
- Apply SEO best practices for on-page elements
Collaboration
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to understand vision and requirements
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively across remote teams
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in WordPress development, with a focus on custom themes
- Experience converting Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch) designs into WordPress sites
- Proficient in responsive and mobile-first design practices
Skills & Competencies
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (vanilla + jQuery), and PHP
- Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, Divi, WPBakery (optional but helpful)
- Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
- SEO best practices for on-page elements
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience integrating WordPress with Salesforce or marketing automation tools (nice to have)
- Knowledge of headless WordPress or modern JS frameworks such as React and Next.js (nice to have)
- Familiarity with security best practices and WordPress hardening (nice to have)
