Role Overview
Field Supervisor, Coiled Tubing at ADNOC. The role involves supporting and leading field execution of coiled tubing operations, real-time monitoring and operational supervision.
Role Purpose
Mobilize into project, achieve competency requirements, deliver safe operations and support contract KPIs. Key success factors include technical competence, HSE excellence, customer focus and operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Field Execution & Supervision
- Lead field execution of coiled tubing operations.
- Monitor real-time operations and provide operational supervision.
- Deliver safe operations to contract standards.
HSE & Compliance
- Ensure HSE excellence across all activities.
- Maintain HSE compliance throughout operations.
Project & Performance Management
- Support contract KPIs.
- Achieve competency requirements upon project mobilization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant Engineering or Science degree or diploma.
- Well intervention and stimulation knowledge.
Skills & Competencies
- Technical expertise in role discipline.
- HSE compliance capability.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Reporting skills.
- English communication.
Additional Information
- IWCF, IADC, H2S and First Aid certifications preferred.
- Role-specific training preferred.
- Customer focus required.
