Role Overview

Field Service Engineer - Students for Falcon program at Honeywell Technologies, UAE Nationals Only. This role provides advanced technical support and expertise to customers in the Industrial Automation business unit.

Role Purpose

Provide advanced technical support and expertise to customers while troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring successful implementation of solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of customers' operations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers.
• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for Industrial Automation solutions.

Implementation & Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful solution implementation.

Training & Development

• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with industry trends and provide improvement recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, electronics, or instrumentation.
• Currently a 3rd or 4th year student in engineering (electronics or instrumentation).

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements.
