Role Purpose

As a Field Service Engineer – Services Nova LT, you will serve as the onsite expert, leading installation and maintenance activities, troubleshooting customer issues, and ensuring safe and compliant operations while continually developing your technical knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Maintenance

• Lead installation and maintenance activities at customer sites.
• Oversee, overhaul, troubleshoot, and commission rotating equipment and products at customer sites.
• Work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations.

Technical Direction & Documentation

• Provide technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams.
• Ensure internal training, compliance, and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards.

Digital & Technical Tools

• Properly manage company digital tools to retrieve technical documents.
• Manage packing lists, bills of material, and drawings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.
