Role Overview
Field Operator - Coiled Tubing position with Baker Hughes for Saudi Nationals. The internal title for this role is Field Oper III - PP.

Role Purpose
As a Field Operator, you will execute operations on machined parts to a high degree of quality, working under your own initiative to meet production schedules while operating coiled tubing equipment at wellsites. You will develop skills working with innovative products while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Equipment Management
- Set up, monitor, and operate multiple machines simultaneously to ensure safety and on-time delivery.
- Operate coiled tubing unit, injector head, reel, control console, and pressure control equipment (BOP, stripper, lubricator).
- Monitor pump rates, tubing depth, weight, and well parameters during operations.
- Mix and pump fluids, chemicals, or nitrogen as required for the job program.
- Prepare equipment in the base and perform required testing and maintenance to ensure operational status.
Rig-up and Rig-down
- Assist in rig-up and rig-down of coiled tubing equipment at the wellsite.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Perform quality assurance activities required by manufacturing or engineering specifications and ISO requirements to ensure compliance.
Safety & Maintenance
- Conduct safety and risk assessment and prepare preventive and proactive measures to identify potential hazards.
- Perform pre-job inspections, function tests, and pressure testing of all equipment.
- Adhere to operational and safety processes and procedures.
- Raise maintenance requests for any major equipment breakdown.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Minimum 2 years experience operating nitrogen pumps (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years experience operating coiled tubing equipment.
- Minimum 2 years experience with coil units.
- Experience in rig-up and rig-down of coiled tubing equipment at the wellsite.
- Experience mixing and pumping fluids, chemicals, or nitrogen as required for the job program (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to operate coiled tubing unit, injector head, reel, control console, and pressure control equipment (BOP, stripper, lubricator).
- Ability to learn from mistakes.
- Hardworking and able to work in shift under pressure.
