Role Purpose
Perform curative and preventive maintenance work on rotating machines at customer sites to maintain, repair and refurbish rotating products. Execute outage activities according to operational excellence standards to achieve safety, quality and lead time requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Operations
- Perform curative and preventive maintenance work on rotating machines including gas turbines, centrifugal compressors and their accessory machines.
- Execute all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial) on customers' sites and properties.
- Understand and apply work instructions given by the technical authority at site (Field Service Engineer, Supervisor).
- Perform outage execution as per operational excellence concept to reach safety, quality and lead time requirements.
Disassembly, Inspection & Reassembly
- Disassemble rotating machine elements (mechanical and/or instrumentation).
- Clean dismantled components.
- Perform instrumentation testing and calibration.
- Conduct inspections and dimensional control of dismantled parts.
- Read and perform precise measurements on machine elements.
- Reassemble rotating machine elements.
Technical Work
- Perform repair work such as drilling and tapping.
- Replace spare parts.
- Perform non-destructive tests such as NDT.
- Conduct welding activities.
- Ensure compliance with the application of company procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in mechanical and/or instrumentation studies, OR high school diploma with at least 5 years of experience in a support or maintenance engineering position.
- Additional experience in logistics, maintenance or systems engineering is preferred.
- Rigging and cranes operations experience is a plus.

- Knowledge of related product support activities.
- Ability to work effectively in groups and convey urgency in customer needs and concerns.
- Ability to distribute tasks to be performed on the customer's site.
