Saadiyat Beach Club is a health and wellness destination nestled on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The club features a 650 square meter chilled outdoor pool with private cabanas, sun loungers, and access to a private section of the 9km Saadiyat Island beach. The beach holds Blue Flag eco-label certification since October 2013 and is part of a protected habitat where Hawksbill turtles nest. The club won the 2015 Ultra Travel Middle East Award for Best Beach Club in the UAE.

Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional guest relations services in a luxury 5-star beach club environment, ensuring seamless member and guest experiences through effective communication, operational systems management, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations & Service

• Communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues and management.
• Deliver personalized guest relations support.

Operations & Systems

• Operate Opera and Micros property management and point-of-sale systems competently.
• Manage front office operations using FOH systems including Concept and Opera.

Knowledge & Promotion

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of club promotions and club background.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2 years of hotel experience in a 5-star front office environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Highly motivated and extremely confident.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in Opera and Micros applications.
• Proficiency in FOH systems including Concept and Opera.
• Second language competency advantageous.

• Arabic language proficiency required.
