Role Overview
Female Beverage Service Specialist (Bartender) at Fa Evax Saasfaprod1.
Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional beverage and food service to guests by preparing and serving drinks to high standards, creating warm welcomes, managing bar operations, and collaborating seamlessly with restaurant colleagues to ensure memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Create a warm welcome for every guest that sets the tone for their experience.
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard.
- Highlight promotions for guests.
- Communicate warmly and be welcoming and easy to talk to.
Bar Operations
- Own your bar, managing stock, inventory and equipment.
- Keep the bar space clean.
- Handle cash and credit transactions.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with restaurant colleagues to deliver seamless food service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Above the minimum age required to serve alcohol in your jurisdiction.
- Fluent in the local language.
- Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol.
Skills & Competencies
- Reading, writing and basic mathematics.
- Physical capability to lift, push and pull objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
- Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
- Warm, welcoming communication and interpersonal skills.
