Role Overview
Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress at The Plaza Doha LXR Hotels & Resorts, operated by Hilton.
Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing attentive food and beverage service to guests, creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards of efficiency, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Delight guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their meal experience special.
- Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials to help guests and answer their questions with confidence.
Food & Beverage Operations
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
- Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail.
- Manage the food service station to ensure it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized.
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
