Role Purpose
Supervise daily operations within the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction while supporting team coordination, staff training, and efficient workflow across dining areas and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service
- Oversee and support food and beverage staff during shifts
- Maintain high service quality and guest satisfaction
- Ensure efficient workflow across dining areas and event spaces
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Inventory & Resources
- Assist with inventory, ordering and stock management
Team Development
- Train and mentor new team members
- Develop strong team management capabilities
Guest Relations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma; hospitality training preferred
- 2+ years in food and beverage service with some leadership experience
- Proven experience in food and beverage service
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
