Role Purpose

Provide professional and customer-focused service to guests, ensuring their stay becomes a memorable experience, while leading the Food & Beverage team to deliver consistent operational excellence across assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Guest Experience

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu of the assigned outlet to assist and provide advice to guests.
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints and queries satisfactorily.
• Deliver professional service that ensures guests have a memorable stay.

Operations & Setup

• Ensure the outlet is set up for service and supervise for a smooth operation.
• Ensure proper organization, planning and control of supplies.
• Maintain concise records of all beverage stock to ensure required inventory is available.

Team Leadership & Development

• Direct and supervise the service team to ensure that all duties are performed to standards.
• Ensure that all colleagues have received adequate training to perform their duties.
• Coach and motivate the team to success.
• Focus on training and developing staff members.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
• Exposure to outlet opening.
• Exposure to a wide variety of outlets.
• Strong in HACCP procedures and application.
• Ability to handle multi-national teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on leadership ability.
• High organizational skills.
• Strong administration skills.
• Ability to positively coach and motivate teams.
