Role Purpose
Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operations, lead team performance, ensure brand standard compliance, and support management in achieving financial and development objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operations
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Be environmentally aware
Team Leadership
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Represent needs of the team
- Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
- Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members
Stakeholder Management
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Qualifications & Experience
- College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operation
Skills & Competencies
- Passion for leadership and teamwork
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
- Excellent guest service skills
