Role Overview
Food & Beverage Service Team position at Radisson Hotel Fujairah, located in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. The role includes positions for Waiters, Waitresses, and Bartenders joining the opening team.

Role Purpose
To deliver exceptional table service and beverage preparation while creating warm, welcoming experiences for guests. Team members play an important role in bringing restaurants and bars to life and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive and professional service.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Have good knowledge of menus, beverages and promotions and confidently make recommendations.
Food & Beverage Operations
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve beverages and cocktails in accordance with established standards, where applicable.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintenance & Standards
- Maintain tables, bars and service areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and hotel service standards at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous Food & Beverage service experience, preferably within a hotel, restaurant or bar environment.
- For Bartenders, good knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar operations is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Warm, outgoing personality with genuine passion for hospitality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy service environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
