Role Overview

F&B Service Expert at Marriott in Saudi Arabia. This is a guest-facing position in food and beverage service.

Role Purpose

Deliver memorable dining experiences by combining attentive service, effective kitchen communication, and meticulous attention to detail. The role transforms routine transactions into memorable moments through professionalism, initiative, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service Delivery

• Deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meals.
• Interact with and serve guests throughout their dining experience.
• Take initiative to create a safe, welcoming environment.

Table and Service Management

• Set and prepare tables for service.
• Manage the menu and communicate information to guests.
• Read and visually verify menu information.

Kitchen and Operational Coordination

• Communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate service.
• Support kitchen operations and service flow.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Clean work areas and supplies to maintain hygiene standards.
• Uphold quality standards in all operational areas.

Professional Standards

• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications at all times.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.

Additional Information

• Position requires extended periods on feet, standing, sitting, or walking.
• Must navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• No license or certification required.
