Role Overview

F&B Service Expert - Splash Pool Bar at Marriott Al Forsan.

Role Purpose

Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences through attentive food and beverage service, seamless kitchen communication, table management, and meticulous attention to operational standards and personal presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service Delivery

• Interact with and serve guests throughout their meal experience.
• Deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their dining experience.
• Take initiative to create transactions that feel like part of the overall guest experience.

Operations & Maintenance

• Set and manage tables for service.
• Communicate with kitchen staff regarding orders and service needs.
• Clean work areas and supplies to maintain service standards.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 pounds or less without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as needed.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

• Create and maintain a safe workplace environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all service delivery.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related food and beverage service experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.

Additional Information

• Role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Must navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Must read and visually verify menu and informational materials.
