Role Purpose
Deliver a memorable and unique guest experience by taking initiative to provide a wide range of food and beverage services. The role ensures guests enjoy their meal through attentive service, proactive communication, and professional execution of all operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Interact with and serve guests throughout their meal experience.
- Set tables and prepare dining areas for service.
- Communicate with the kitchen to ensure accurate order execution and guest satisfaction.
Operations & Maintenance
- Clean work areas and supplies to maintain health and safety standards.
- Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information for guest communication.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.

- Uphold quality standards in all service interactions.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Qualifications & Experience

- Supervisory Experience: None required.
