Role Overview

F&B Server at Anise (All Day Dining), InterContinental Hotel Dubai Festival City. The role is based at the InterContinental Hotels Group cluster at Dubai Festival City, which comprises four hotels, 16 restaurants and bars, and over 1,600 rooms.

Role Purpose

To deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests at Anise, the all-day dining outlet, by maintaining service standards, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Provide customer service in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Clear and set up tables.
• Anticipate guest needs by following service behaviour.
• Work carefully to minimize breakage.

Guest Experience & Complaints

• Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift.
• Log all complaints in logbook for further follow-up.

Facility & Equipment Management

• Assist in the maintenance of service equipment.
• Monitor standards of guest facilities and services.
• Report to superior any damaged or defective equipment.

Operations & Standards

• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and side stations.
• Control stock and monitor security procedures.
• Perform any reasonable tasks as instructed by Manager.
