Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service aligned with both InterContinental and Pierre Gagnaire standards, managing operations, guest satisfaction, and service quality throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Deliver service to guests according to InterContinental and Pierre Gagnaire standards.
• Produce quality beverages including mocktails and hot beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Master food knowledge to assist guests with orders and ensure fulfillment of their requirements.
• Help and care for guests in any way required.

Guest Relations & Complaint Management

• Resolve all complaints during shift by alerting the Manager on Duty and assisting them.
• Monitor standards of guest facilities and services.

Operations & Administration

• Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
• Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.
• Supervise maintenance of service equipment.
• Control stock and monitor security procedures.
