Role Purpose
Support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results through maintaining service excellence, food safety standards and a strong team environment.

Guest Service & Satisfaction
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards.
- Deliver prompt, courteous service.
Operations & Standards
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Ensure only the highest quality products are being served.
Team Leadership & Development
- Develop and maintain a strong team environment.
- Handle daily team member relations.
- Encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently hold the role of F&B Captain.
- Qualifications matching the F&B Captain position.
- Trackable references to support the role.
Skills & Competencies
- Communicate fluently in English; Arabic language ability required.
- Well-groomed with high standard of personal hygiene.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.

- Able to work under pressure.
