Role Purpose
As a Hospitality Ambassador on the front line of guest interactions, you will provide prompt and courteous service delivery across all food and beverage outlets. You are a key influencing factor in guest satisfaction and responsible for ensuring guests are delighted by the quality of service and comfort provided.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Provide prompt and courteous service delivery to all guests.
- Deliver timely and efficient operation of food and beverage outlets as part of a team across all departments.
- Ensure guests are delighted by the quality of service and comfort in food and beverage outlets.
Knowledge & Development
- Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and facilities provided by the resort.
- Continuously develop professional skills to increase guest satisfaction.
Safety, Hygiene & Guest Privacy
- Ensure a safe and hygienic work area.
- Uphold the privacy rights of guests.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School diploma.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Passion for excellent service.
- Excellent team player.
- English speaking.
