Role Purpose

Deliver professional Food & Beverage service to guests ordering In Room Dining, ensuring memorable experiences through attentive, personalized service and maintaining the hotel's performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet, and personalized way
• Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the hotel's performance manual standards
• Consistently monitor quality of food and beverage being served

Guest Engagement

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the In Room Dining menu in order to assist and provide advice to guests
• Answer calls in a professional way as per standard operating procedures
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints and queries satisfactorily

Operations & Standards

• Responsible for all service preparations before, during, and after service, including mise-en-place and mise-en-scène
• Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry

• Ability to work with and engage teams from different cultures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Quality-oriented with focus on detail
• High performance standards
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Technical proficiency in related software preferable
