Role Overview
F&B Assistant (Multi-Skilled) at Fa Evax Saasfaprod1.
Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service by preparing and presenting memorable meals to high standards, maintaining kitchen operations and cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction and safety in all activities.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Presentation
- Create meals with signature flare that meet high standards and delight guests.
- Own kitchen operations by maintaining supplies and equipment inventory.
- Minimize waste through efficient kitchen management.
Safety & Compliance
- Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety policies and procedures.
- Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Report unsafe equipment, low supplies and safety incidents to your supervisor or duty manager.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment.
- Ensure all security incidents, accidents and near misses are logged in a timely manner and brought to the attention of the Line Manager.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws.
- Help with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
Guest Experience
- Give guests a better experience by helping with any queries or advice.
- Wear your uniform with pride.
Ad Hoc Support
- Take on other ad hoc duties when the whole team needs to pull together.
