Role Purpose

To provide expert fashion advice and exceptional customer service to shoppers, driving sales and delivering a premium shopping experience aligned with Centrepoint's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers warmly and assess their fashion needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
• Complete sales transactions and process customer payments accurately.
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Product Knowledge & Store Operations

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current fashion inventory, trends, and product features.
• Keep the retail space organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management to reorder or restock items as needed.
• Assist with visual merchandising and display arrangement.

Store Management Support

• Support store management with daily operational tasks and procedures.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive and professional store environment.
