Facilities Technician

Role Overview

Facilities Technician at Al Tayer Group.

Role Purpose

To execute mechanical maintenance activities including corrective maintenance, planned preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance while ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with Health, Safety and Environment Standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Execution

• Perform and complete assigned mechanical maintenance service requests and tasks within agreed timeframes.
• Carry out corrective maintenance, planned preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Ensure mechanical installations and equipment remain in good working condition at all times.
• Perform workmanship using approved quality materials and complying with health and safety standards.

Preventive Maintenance & Planning

• Ensure compliance with planned mechanical preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor, maintain and update records of all equipment, tools, materials and spare parts.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit maintenance service reports upon completion of tasks.

Service & Stakeholder Management

• Promote and deliver good customer service and ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Perform duties with initiative, teamwork and coordination.

Compliance & Development

• Adhere to company policy and procedures at all times.
• Continuously enhance skills and ability.

Qualifications & Experience

• School grade pass out with practical experience in mechanical field.
• 4 to 5 years local experience in a similar role.

• Attention to detail and concern for quality and safety.
