Role Overview

Facilitator – Center of Excellence at Transguard Group in Dubai. Responsible for delivering engaging learning experiences, assessing employee competency levels, and managing training programs to support workforce development across the organization.

Role Purpose

To facilitate training programs, promote knowledge retention through interactive learning methodologies, manage English language proficiency assessments, and ensure integrity, confidentiality, and compliance of all assessment and testing processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Deliver engaging and effective training programs that directly impact revenue and cost-effectiveness while indirectly contributing to improved client satisfaction and brand reputation.
• Facilitate training sessions that meet course aims and objectives by maintaining classroom control and creating an effective learning environment.
• Deliver training in line with the Learning Plan and recommendations of the Learning Needs Analysis results.
• Facilitate information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role plays, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and presentations.
• Prepare for, conduct, and assess the learning programme as per the defined learning plan, session plan, and Center of Excellence processes and procedures.

Learning Program Development

• Create and develop practical activities, visual material, and learning aids.
• Assist with the creation of the Centre of Excellence course prospectus and manual.
• Assist in the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) as a subject matter expert (SME).
• Document suggestions for amendments and improvements to ensure course material is current and relevant.
• Suggest improvements to training programs to make them more marketable and appealing to a wider audience.

Assessment & Compliance

• Ensure strict compliance of agents, internal stakeholders, and candidates with respect to assessment papers.
• Maintain strict adherence to the confidentiality of test papers.
• Update attendance, assessment, and evaluation records at the end of each session onto TR360.
• Monitor, record, and evaluate learning and development activities and program effectiveness, success, and return on investment (ROI) periodically.

Facility & Environment Management

• Assist with maintaining classrooms to ensure a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment.
• Ensure that learning and development methods meet and integrate with organizational requirements for quality, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies, and general duty of care.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Provide assessment of course material and resources and report findings to the Centre of Excellence Specialists/Manager to ensure modifications and development are in accordance with requirements.
• Promote a learning environment within the team and encourage professional development and knowledge sharing to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead to higher participant satisfaction, which can translate into repeat business and positive referrals for the company.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in an L&D or training department.
• Transguard EPT level 4 to 5.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
