Established in 2010, Citymax Hotels currently owns and operates 6 hotels (1,986 keys) in the UAE at Al Barsha (2 hotels), Bur Dubai, Sharjah, Business Bay and Ras al Khaimah. Citymax Hotels also operates a hotel under management contract in Aswan, Egypt (79 keys), with further managed properties under development in Egypt and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Food & Beverage operations contribute up to almost 50% of hotel revenues, with brands including Huddle Sports Bar & Grill, Claypot, and Sizzling Wok.

Role Purpose

Assist in the daily operations of dining facilities by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth operation of food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Order & Service Management

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist in preparing and plating food items as needed.

Operations & Maintenance

• Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Process payments and operate the cash register.
• Maintain inventory and restock supplies as necessary.

Compliance & Collaboration

• Follow health and safety regulations in food handling and serving.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
• Proven experience as an F&B Associate, Waiter/Waitress, or similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
