Role Overview
Export Sales Officer (NSP) at Savola.
Role Purpose
Process and manage export and travel retail orders from quotation through delivery, including order analysis, pricing, logistics coordination, documentation, payment follow-up, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Pricing
- Process orders and manage order working documentation.
- Generate quotations and analyze value and volume for each order.
- Calculate margin on all transactions.
- Prepare proforma invoices and establish pricing.
- Create sales orders.
- Confirm stock availability.
Export Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare export checklists with language translation of ingredients.
- Obtain SGS Certification for Kenya with quality invoice routing to finance.
- Prepare free text invoices and send to logistics for customs clearance.
- Manage freight details, quotation requests, and export checklists with language translation.
- Coordinate with 3rd party logistics providers.
Payment & Finance Coordination
- Follow up on customer payments.
- Coordinate with customer and finance departments for payment collection.
- Manage CAD Documentation.
Travel Retail Operations
- Process UAE Travel Retail orders including proforma invoices, pricing, and sales orders.
- Process International Travel Retail orders including order working, value and volume analysis, and margin calculation.
- Prepare export checklists with ingredient language translation for travel retail.
- Prepare proforma invoices and establish pricing for travel retail.
- Create sales orders for travel retail.
Reporting
- Generate Export Pipeline Report.
- Generate Travel Retail Pipeline Report.
- Generate Travel Retail Master Sales Order Report.
- Generate Shipment Report for Travel Retail.
- Generate Shipment Report for Export.
- Prepare volume and STVR forecasts for non-forecasted items.
- Prepare Sales Forecast vs Actual comparison.
- Prepare GFI Phasing Report with comments.
