Role Purpose

Deliver Russian-Turkish interpretation and translation services to support international patients and families throughout their medical journey, ensuring clear and accurate communication between patients and healthcare professionals while maintaining clinical precision and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Communication

• Provide accurate Russian-Turkish interpretation during patient consultations, medical discussions, assessments, and other healthcare-related interactions.
• Translate medical documents, reports, correspondence, consent forms, and other relevant materials between Russian and Turkish.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Explain medical information accurately while maintaining the intended meaning and context without adding personal interpretation.

Patient Support

• Assist patients and their families throughout their journey with the International Patient Service Team.
• Support communication through phone calls, video consultations, meetings, and in-person interactions whenever required.
• Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity when interacting with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Coordination & Administration

• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication and patient support.
• Assist with administrative or coordination tasks related to translation and interpretation as required.

Business Development

• Support the Sales and Marketing functions in identifying opportunities and generating new business.

Confidentiality

• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and medical records.

Additional Information

• Willing to travel within the UAE and abroad as required.
