Role Overview
Executive Senior HR Advisor at Burjline Builders. This role acts as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing high-level strategic counsel on critical organizational initiatives, transformation, governance and HR policy.
Role Purpose
Deliver strategic HR counsel to executive leadership on organizational transformation, workforce strategy, governance and complex people matters. Develop recommendations addressing long-term organizational priorities and support high-impact strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory
- Provide strategic HR counsel to executive leadership.
- Advise on organizational transformation and workforce strategy.
- Support executive decision-making on complex people matters.
- Lead or advise on high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Develop recommendations addressing long-term organizational priorities and workforce requirements.
Governance & Policy
- Provide guidance on HR governance, policy and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 20+ years' experience appropriate to the grade applied for.
- Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
- Experience working within large and complex organizations.
- Qatar/GCC experience is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Arabic language capability is advantageous.

- Relevant professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
