Role Overview
Executive Housekeeper (Pre-opening) at Hilton.
Role Purpose
Lead all housekeeping operations and deliver memorable guest experiences by maintaining exceptional cleanliness and service standards across guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities while cultivating a high-performing housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Direct all aspects of housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
Quality Standards
- Oversee and uphold cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, particularly as related to proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies.
Team Leadership
- Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects to enhance facilities.
