Role Overview
Executive - Distribution Center at Apparel Group.
Role Purpose
Ensure new products are uploaded to the website with correct attributes and photos in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Product Coordination
- Coordinate with brand teams to obtain lists of new products for website upload.
- Collate product information from all brands and submit consolidated lists to the studio team on a weekly basis.
Quality Assurance
- Verify product information, categorization, and photography are correct before website upload.
- Check for re-shoots and ensure items requiring reshooting are available to relevant studio teams.
- Execute re-shoots promptly and efficiently.
Workflow Management
- Ensure smooth movement of samples through brand teams, inventory, and studio with respect to deadlines, quality, and accuracy.
- Manage studio schedule.
Reporting & Support
- Support Buyer and Merchandising Manager in producing business reports.
