Executive - DC Supply Chain - DC Operations, Home Box Supply Chain, Distribution Center, Dubai, UAE at Land Mark.

Role Purpose

Oversee daily warehouse operations across inbound, putaway, picking, outbound, workshop, return and replacement activities. Drive productivity improvement, maintain service level agreements, ensure compliance, and align supply chain strategy with territory logistics goals.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Productivity

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient activities including inbound, putaway, picking, outbound, workshop, return and replacement with focus on productivity improvement
• Implement and maintain manpower planning across all activities
• Monitor technology adoption at the warehouse

Performance & Service Level Management

• Manage SLAs and coordinate with retail and delivery teams to sustain performance and ensure prompt responses when targets are not being met
• Ensure best internal customer and store experience via store feedback

Strategy & Process Improvement

• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy across warehouse aligned with Territory Logistic goals
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions for process improvements

Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance

• Work with internal and external stakeholders including IT, Operations, Finance, and vendors to determine and implement Supply Chain KPIs and projects
• Conduct frequent audits to ensure compliance with process guidelines, health, safety and environment standards
