Role Overview
Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at SIHAMCO, a strategic partner operating under the General Entertainment Authority, National Events Center, Riyadh Season, and Jeddah Season. Supporting a fast-paced, matrixed Food & Beverage organization.

Role Purpose
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chief Executive Officer and internal and external parties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the executive office while managing complex scheduling, confidential communications, and strategic initiatives in a matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage a complex and frequently changing calendar, including meetings, travel, and events.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings such as agendas, presentations, and briefing notes.
- Attend key meetings when required, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with the utmost discretion.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders across departments, regions, and levels of seniority.
- Draft high-quality correspondence, reports, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Ensure timely flow of information between the CEO's office and cross-functional teams.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Assist in tracking strategic initiatives and ensure deliverables are met by relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with department heads, business units, and partners in a matrix structure.
- Support the CEO in managing logistics and documentation.
Travel & Events
- Organize complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including accommodations, transport, and agendas.
- Coordinate leadership offsites, team meetings, and corporate events.
Administrative Excellence
- Oversee expenses, approvals, and budget tracking related to the executive office.
- Maintain filing systems, contact databases, and document archives.
Ad-Hoc Support
- Provide ad-hoc support to the CEO across operational, strategic, commercial, personal, and administrative matters as required.
- Undertake additional projects, assignments, and other cognate duties as delegated by the CEO to support the successful operation of the business.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving business needs and executive priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Administration.
- 5+ years of work experience in a Food & Beverage or Hospitality environment as an Executive Assistant, Front of House, Communications, or Concierge role.
- Experience in a hospitality environment is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of matrix organizations and ability to navigate cross-functional environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and communication/project tools.
- Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- High level of adaptability, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong business acumen.
