Role Overview
Events Sales Graduate – 24-month fixed term contract with Aggreko, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose
The graduate programme is a 24-month development initiative designed to prepare Saudi graduates for a permanent sales specialist or account manager role within Aggreko. You will rotate through key sales functions, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real business challenges while developing essential professional and soft skills.
Key Responsibilities
Year One: Foundation and Process
- Participate in sales induction to understand company operations and culture.
- Support sales administration activities and operational processes.
- Contribute to inside sales activities to develop solid understanding of the sales process.
- Provide operational support to the sales team.
Year Two: Growth and Revenue
- Engage in business development activities.
- Execute account management responsibilities.
- Participate in revenue-generating sales activities.
- Develop essential soft skills throughout the programme.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with engineering and operations departments to deliver for clients.
- Work alongside the experienced sales team on real business challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Saudi national (required to comply with national labour laws and applicable legislation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
- Passionate about mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical engineering, ideally in power generation (preferred but not essential).
- Valid driving license.
- Business level English proficiency.
